As a multimedia artist, I draw inspiration from the nostalgic imagery of my formative years, seeking to reconcile my childhood beliefs with the complexities of the world around us. Through painting, sculpture, and installation, I explore my relationship with a world in decay—a world I both yearn to mend and escape. My art embarks on a surreal and idealistic journey, informed by the rich history of portraiture, still-life, landscape, and abstraction. By weaving together these influences, I invite viewers to contemplate the intersection of imagination and reality, while delving into personal themes of longing and disillusionment.
